the first to be celebrated in the goommunity! during this event, the goommunity were introduced to the gob, jystyr, and the gobbess, fallen. an epic battle between the two concluded the event, with the gob winning against the gobbess and leaving her fuming. no one knew when or if she’d return. the disappearance of the frustrated gobbess and the victory of jystyr allowed the agel trait, additional ears, to be available for all users. this trait was moved to the g2 category upon the completion of the event.
not only another first for the goommunity, but the first time goobies have encountered such mysterious creatures! the event started with the introduction of gootenant marshmallow, a strange, silly gooble who captained the invasion. their spaceship fell hard from the sky and they all needed help from the goobies to repair it. the goobles were simple creatures, who accepted worms for help and new traits! goobies were now able to change colour, have incredibly long bodies and could even be animated! amongst all the excitement of new traits, no one noticed the gobbess was behind all this! she told the goobles what to do through gootenant marshmallow, and by the sounds of it… she told them to eat everything. luckily the ship was built quickly, otherwise, who knows what would have happened to the goobies…
the festival of love! any and all love- romantic, platonic, familial… even love for the hobbies, interests and cultures of others. the goommunity and their goobies used their gratitude in many different creative applications, which was awarded in gookies; a sweet, delectable treat that could be exchanged for items. no new traits were introduced during this event, but lots of new friendships were formed- both through goobies and users alike!
the first mergoos were discovered during the gooish event. mergoos are a diab-only subspecies of goobies that have adapted to live underwater via minor and major genesplice. this event was the first goobies event with more than four booths, having eight in total and making it the biggest event to its date! with such a high rate of interaction, the goommunity was growing and the goobies were having a blast! some however, did not like the feeling of wet fur and preferred to stay on the shoreline and watch. mergoos are now an integrated part of goobie society thanks to the gooish event!
this event was the first ever event hosted by goobies! the trick and treat shops both displayed new items that goobies have never seen before, giving them traits they thought were otherwise not possible! now here's a fun fact for you… the candy corn and shiny candy items were the most popular during the event, both being purchased eight times! shiny candies granted the g1 sparkles/glitter in membrane trait, and candy corns granted t1 minor plant growth. now there are a lot of goobies wandering around with more sparkles and more plants…
an event even bigger than gooish! a total of nine booths with lots of fun and pranks. during this event users were able to craft their own items and goos, but had no idea what the caldron was going to spit out! it was either luck or some intense thinking that got you what you wanted during goo-o-ween of 2022. the goommunity and their goobies were introduced to 23 new goobies via adopts and prizes- the most ever in a goobie event! with still no sign of the evil gobbess since the gooble festival, things are looking bright for the goobies.
